My Pilates journey
I was introduced to Pilates after falling down the stairs at home and experiencing recurring back pain. Over time, the flowing and co-ordinated moves eased the pain and eventually my back felt stronger and pain free.
I recognised the power Pilates was having in making me focus on my body and mind, making me physically and mentally stronger.
It had a massive impact on lowering my stress levels and Pilates became a vital part of my life. I was inspired to share my love of Pilates, and all that it can do for you, by training as a Pilates instructor in 2019 with Body Control Pilates.
